M-Power uses a combination of online training and support resources along with personal support to your desktop.

We use remote support software for providing support in conjunction with a phone call. A user simply clicks an icon on their desktop and within seconds we can provide support and training live on their desktop. The system is secure and we can not gain access to your computer without your permission.

Updates are installed by M-Power remotely along with any customisation required.
